John’s funeral will take place at the North Wiltshire Crematorium at Royal Wootton Bassett on Wednesday 31st January at 1pm.
A number of Club members will be in attendance.

A Practical Approach To Building A Simple Beam Antenna – by Dave G3ZXX
This coming Tuesday we welcome Dave G3ZXX who will be presenting us with an interesting talk on Beam Antennas. The presentation covers some history, basic theory, gain figures followed by a practical demonstration on the effects of element size, element length, spacing and numbers, boom length, matching, VSWR etc followed by Q&A.

John 2E0GTQ – Silent Key
It is with great sadness to report that Club member John 2E0GTQ passed away today, Weds 17th January. John although only recently licensed had become an active club member and supporter of our events.
John was also a keen advocate of our Sunday 4m Moonraker Nets and will be missed.
